Grady Miller’s latest release is a reflection of the time in which it was recorded. All recordings are a snapshot in time, but the art and music created during the global COVID pandemic will stand apart for it’s range of emotion. This album varies wildly in terms of genre, style, subject matter, and instrumentation and yet coalesces into the vibrant, unified sound of Grady Miller, joined once again on every track by the talented Jeff Shoop on percussion (and duct tape!) Not all songs were written during 2020, but the entire album was recorded between October 2020 and September 2021.
